
IREDA | The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) is going to announce Q4 results on Tuesday, April 15. The PSU reported a 26.8% year-on-year increase in its net profit (profit after tax) for the third quarter, reaching ₹425.4 crore compared to ₹335.5 crore in the same period last year. Sequentially, IREDA’s PAT jumped 10% from nearly ₹388 crore in Q2FY25. IREDA’s total revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,698.45 crore, which surged over 35% in Q3FY25.

GM Breweries | The alcoholic beverage manufacturer is going to announce Q4 results on Tuesday, April 15. For the quarter that ended on December 31, 2024, GM Breweries’ revenue rose 5.7% year-on-year to ₹166 crore, from ₹157 crore during the same quarter last year. However, the company’s net profit fell 4.3% from the year-ago quarter to ₹22 crore. Infosys | India’s second largest IT services major, will declare its fourth-quarter results on Thursday, April 17 at 4.14 pm after the market closes. Infosys reported an 11.4% annual increase in net profit, reaching ₹6,806 crore, for Q3FY25, while its revenue grew by 7.5% to ₹41,764 crore. The company also raised its revenue growth guidance for FY25 to 4.5%-5%.

Wipro | The IT major is set to announce its Q4FY25 results on Wednesday, April 16. It reported a Q3FY25 revenue of $2,629.1 million, in line with expectations, with constant currency growth of 0.1%, exceeding its guidance of 0% to -2%. In rupee terms, revenue stood at ₹22,285 crore, a 0.4% QoQ rise. EBIT grew 4.5% QoQ to ₹3,899 crore, with the EBIT margin improving to 17.5% from 16.8%. Large deal wins declined 35% sequentially to $961 million. For Q4, Wipro expects revenue in the range of $2,602–$2,655 million, implying growth between -1% and 1% in constant currency. Overall, margins improved and revenue met estimates, but deal wins dropped significantly.

ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard General Insurance and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance | The three ICICI Group companies will declare their fourth-quarter results this week with the two insurance firms announcing Q4 earnings on Tuesday, April 15. India’s second-largest private sector lender, ICICI Bank, will declare results on Saturday, April 19.

HDFC Bank, HDFC AMC and HDFC Life Insurance | India’s largest private lender will declare its fourth-quarter earnings on Saturday, April 19. HDFC Bank reported Q3 earnings with an 8% year-on-year growth in Net Interest Income (NII) to ₹30,653 crore, in line with expectations. Net profit rose 2% YoY to ₹16,736 crore, slightly above the forecast of ₹16,548 crore. Asset quality weakened marginally, with Gross NPA increasing to 1.42% from 1.36% and Net NPA rising to 0.46% from 0.41% in the previous quarter. Other HDFC Group firms, HDFC Asset Management Company and HDFC Life Insurance Company will declare their Q4 results on Thursday, April 17.

Yes Bank | The lender will declare its Q4FY25 results on Saturday, April 19. Yes Bank reported robust third-quarter earnings for FY25, posting a net profit of ₹612.3 crore for the period, significantly exceeding the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹538.9 crore. It marks a substantial year-on-year increase in profitability, with the private sector lender’s net profit up by over 165% compared to ₹231.5 crore in the same quarter last year.

Tata Elxsi | The Tata Group firm will report its Q4FY25 earnings on Thursday, April 17. It reported a 13.3% quarter-on-quarter decline in net profit at ₹199 crore for the period ending December 31, 2024, compared to ₹229.4 crore in the September quarter.
