A. Vision and Mission Statements for Investors & Traders

  • Mission: To ensure that every investor and trader can select suitable investment products aligned with their requirements, effectively manage and monitor their portfolios to achieve their objectives, access comprehensive reports, and promote financial well-being.

B. Details of Business Conducted by the Research Analyst Concerning Investors:

  • Issuing research reports derived from the research conducted by the RA.
  • Offering impartial and independent assessments of securities.
  • Providing unbiased recommendations while disclosing any financial interests in recommended securities.
  • Delivering research recommendations grounded in the analysis of publicly available information and recognized observations.
  • Conducting an annual audit to ensure compliance and accuracy.

C. Details of Services Offered to Investors (Without Specific Timelines):

  • Client Onboarding
  • Client Disclosure
  • Distribution of research reports and recommendations to clients without discrimination.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding the publication of research reports until they are made available in the public domain.

D. Details of Grievance Resolution Mechanism and Access:

  • In the event of any grievance or complaint, investors are encouraged to first approach the relevant research analyst and ensure that the grievance is addressed within 30 days.
  • If the investor’s complaint remains unresolved, they have the option to file a complaint with SEBI through SEBI’s SCORES portal, which serves as a centralized web-based redressal system. SEBI promptly addresses complaints registered via SCORES by liaising with the concerned intermediary, and SCORES enables tracking of complaint status.

E. Expectations from Investors (Investor Responsibilities)

Dos:

i. Engage only with SEBI registered Research Analysts.
ii. Verify the validity of the Research Analyst’s registration certificate.
iii. Confirm the SEBI registration number.
iv. Refer to the list of all SEBI registered Research Analysts available on the SEBI website via the following link: SEBI Registered Research Analysts List
v. Prioritize reviewing disclosures provided in research reports before making investments.
vi. Conduct payment transactions with Research Analysts through banking channels exclusively and retain duly signed receipts containing payment details.
vii. Before purchasing securities or participating in public offers, review the research recommendations provided by your Research Analyst.
viii. Address all pertinent inquiries and clarify doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on recommendations.
ix. Report to SEBI any Research Analysts offering assured or guaranteed returns.

Don’ts:

i. Refrain from providing funds for investment to Research Analysts.
ii. Avoid succumbing to enticing advertisements or market rumors.
iii. Resist the allure of limited-period discounts or other incentives, gifts, etc., offered by Research Analysts.
iv. Guard against sharing login credentials and passwords of your trading and demat accounts with Research Analysts.
