In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Kalpataru Projects International posted a net profit of ₹141 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The company’s revenue from operations increased surged 17.1% to ₹5,732.5 crore as against ₹4,895.8 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
At the operating level, EBITDA was up 13.3% to ₹479.3 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal over ₹423.2 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

EBITDA margin stood at 8.4% in the reporting quarter as compared to 8.6% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation.
Kalpataru Projects International’s board has approved the reappointment of Manish Mohnot as Managing Director and CEO for three years, from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028, subject to shareholder approval.
With nearly three decades of experience in energy, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships, Mohnot has played a key role in transforming the company into an international, asset-light EPC organisation.

Under his leadership, Kalpataru has successfully acquired and expanded global entities in Sweden and Brazil. Additionally, the board has appointed Deepak Sharma, President of Group Procurement & Supply Chain Management, as Senior Management Personnel, effective February 13, 2025.
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd ended at ₹977.00, up by ₹10.90 or 1.13% on the BSE.
