ICICI Lombard Q3 results: ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. announced its October to December quarter results for the financial year ending 2025-26 on Tuesday, 13 January 2026. The company recorded a 9% fall in its net profit to ₹658.76 crore in the third quarter, compared to ₹724.38 crore in the same period a year ago.

ICICI Lombard‘s net income from premiums rose 12.6% to ₹5,685,30 crore in the October to December quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, compared to ₹5,045.17 crore in the same period the previous financial year, according to the financial statements.
The data also showed that the insurance major’s operating profits dropped 16.6% to ₹571.09 crore in the third quarter, compared to ₹685.36 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
Premiums collected from the health segment for retail investors and the health insurance for corporates contributed the most to the overall third-quarter revenues. The income from health insurance premiums (retail) was at ₹551.32 crore, compared to ₹356.78 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year.
The income from health insurance for corporates rose to ₹1,612.18 crore in the October to December quarter, compared to ₹1,414.72 crore in the same period a year ago, according to the filing data.

ICICI Lombard shares closed 1.04% lower at ₹1,890.50 after Tuesday’s stock market session, compared to ₹1,910.30 at the previous market close, according to the NSE data.
Shares of ICICI Lombard have given stock market investors more than 22% returns on their investment in the last five years, and more than 50% returns in the last three-year period.
The NSE data also showed that the company’s shares have given 2.92% returns in the last one-year period, but ICICI Lombard shares have lost 2.45% in the last one-month period. The stock has been trading 5.95% lower in the last five sessions on the Indian stock market.
ICICI Lombard stock hit its 52-week high level at ₹2,068.70 on 1 July 2025, while the 52-week low level was at ₹1,613.70, according to NSE data. The company’s market capitalisation (M-Cap) stood at ₹94,158.32 crore as of the stock market close on Tuesday, 13 January 2026.
