Emmvee commences operation of 2.5 GW solar module line in Bengaluru factory


Emmvee Photovoltaic has announced the commencement of operations of its 2.5 GW solar module line at its factory located in Sulibele, Bengaluru. This facility is located in Unit VI of the factory in Karnataka.

The company added that this commissioning forms part of the planned capacity expansion. The Bengaluru-based company’s aggregate solar module manufacturing capacity now stands at 10.3 GW.

The solar equipment maker made its debut on Dalal Street only a month ago, on November 18, 2025. The company had a flat opening, as Emmvee’s shares were trading at zero premium in the unlisted market ahead of the debut.

When we take a look at the journey, the company’s shares have seen a decline of about 20% in the past month. However, on the last day of trading on Friday, the company’s shares rose by over 6.85% or ₹11.85. The company stock stands at ₹184.85 per share.
