Bharat Forge has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VVDN Technologies on Wednesday, February 18, to explore a strategic collaboration across the automotive, defence, AI and data centre domains.

According to an exchange filing, the MoU records a broad understanding between the two companies to jointly pursue opportunities in next-generation technologies across automotive, defence, artificial intelligence and data centre sectors.

The strategic partnership aims to drive innovation and jointly develop next-generation products for automotive, defence and AI server platforms by leveraging the complementary strengths of both companies in engineering, manufacturing and technology innovation.

In the filing, the companies said the partnership is intended to position both entities to contribute to the global AI ecosystem and harness emerging opportunities.

The companies plan to explore the development of scalable, high-impact solutions in line with evolving industry requirements and emerging technologies.

Shares of Bharat Forge ended higher on Wednesday, February 18, by 1.25% at ₹1,771.00 on the NSE.
